Pennsylvania updates laws for table games
The laws in the state of Pennsylvania are currently being updated to accommodate the states casinos for the additions of the new games. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board passed several different regulations regarding table games in the state. The new laws have outlined several requirements including game rules, training requirements and specifics for the variety of games. Dealer training has also been updated. Dealers must now be trained in every type of game for which they can deal. The training must be done at an accredited school or a licensed casino. Six months or more of dealership experience would be acceptable for them to work in a casino of the state. Dealers must also be trained CPR.
The new gambling regulations focus mainly on poker with the variations also covered. New rules have also been created for what goes at the casino. This includes player conduct, announcement of games, the collection of winnings and losses along with the minimum odds on several games.
